Speaker 1: One of my favorite recommendations for detoxification programs is a green smoothie.
If you think about it, there are more antioxidants, more gene changing compounds in a lot of the
green leafy vegetables. I'll throw in some kale. Maybe some cabbage. The taste is kind
of tough for some, but I'll tell you what, if you add in a little bit of lemon, if you
add in a little bit of ginger, maybe some berries, like some blueberries or some cherries,
it's phenomenal. Blend it up with your kale, your cucumber,
your cabbage. Put in a little chia seed. Chia seed is brilliant. It has a lot of amino acids
in it. Fatty acids that are beneficial for your body, but at the same time, it's very
mucilaginous. It's very fibrous. It acts as a broom to sweep toxins out of your body to
regulate your bowel function. Green smoothies are genius. You can find multiple recipes
