The next thing you're going to need to do after you have applied acrylic to all ten
nails is to clean the utensils you've used up. The first thing you're going to need to
do is to dip your brush into either acetone, or into brush cleaner. And just, lay it on
your paper towel and with the other part folded over. Make sure you get all of the acrylic
out of the brush. It's most important to clean your brush because, again, if it hardens up,
you're not going to be able to use it. And these are going to be one of the more costly
tools that you have. So you want to make sure that you use, take good care of it. Again,
just spread the bristles apart. Make sure that you've gotten it up. You want to start
with the bristles down. That way the acetone or the brush cleaner isn't staying up into
the fibers of the brush itself. You're going to want to throw your paper towel away, into
a small bag that's closed so that you don't have the odor from the monomer or the acetone
that you've used. And you want to make sure that you've closed up the dishes you've used.
Make sure that your powder is closed up so that dirt and debris and dust isn't getting
into it. And you want to make sure that your liquid dish is clean out and closed up so
again, dirt, debris, and dust is not getting in it either. Because that can affect the
application of the acrylic the next time you go to the use it. And that is how you clean
up the utensils and the tools that you've just used.
