I stay in shape physically with all the demands of single motherhood
by making physical fitness a priority. I think that if it's not a priority it
would very easily
fall off my list of important things to do.
That being said, time management is essential
in ensuring I decide or think about my day ahead of time
and figure out where exactly I'll be able to
fit in a workout or some type of physical activity.
If I just wait until the end of the day, more than likely I'm gonna be too
exhausted
and I'm going to choose not to do it. So,
really making it a priority, I think, is important and luckily for me
physical fitness is something that I enjoy. I've always loved playing sports
and exercising and
feeling strong and being physically fit. So I think that's very helpful.
