Magali Molès, secretary at Château Haut-Meneau: The Festibalades was a good idea to get people to come in a festive, relaxed and friendly mood.
We give them a quick tour of the vines, show them how we go about our work,
organise a little game because children get bored very quickly and aren't necessarily very interested in explanations about wine.
So we organise a little game for them in the garden, a little treasure hunt.
The Festibalades let the whole family take part,
there's a subject that interests the parents and there are games for the children.
That makes the whole family happy.
Jacques-Henri Bravard, winegrower, Château Haut-Meneau: Bordeaux isn't just about fine wines,
there are winegrowers, lots of small winegrowers with affordable prices,
good value for money, with quality, conviviality and authentic products.
Carole Chamoulaud, conservationist at Terres des Oiseaux: I try to draw their attention to evidence of the presence of animals,
like the tracks that give us information about everything around us.
The aim of what we do is to have an exchange with people and maybe make them more aware of the natural environment.
