Hi. My name is Sheena McLeod from Kitchen Conassour. And today on behalf of Expert Village,
we?re going to prepare a traditional Moroccan dish known as beef and acorn squash tagine.
Were going to just mix it up. Make sure everything is consistent, and then were ready to put the lid on the
tagine. And this is ready to go into the oven for at least an hour. A very slow oven so
that the meat stays nice and tender. Now we?re going to place the tagine in a pre-heated
oven at about 325 Fahrenheit. We will put that on the lower rack, in the center of the
oven.
