Leticia last month I went on this amazing all expenses payed trip
to Hawick in Scotland and London. My gran, payed for the whole trip.
She also showed me this. Hide yo' husbands.
I did so many things, including a horror movie.
AROOOO! GASP! As well as Madame Tussaud's.
I'm a bit rusty with this video making stuff but let's do it.
TIME FOR
THE I NTRO.
That's really out of. BAM.
So the five things we're gonna go through are
my Dutch adventures vliegen met KLM, grannies dog interpreted by Siri,
the horror film, the Tate Modern
and Madame Tussaud's. ONE.
So I flew to Edinburgh on KLM, the Royal Dutch Airline
and I'm sitting there in this, three seats to myself
and this guy across the isle is like "Je hept veel spatie heh?"
and it was like LAUGHS "English?"
Anyway the Dutch didn't stop there. Every flight attendant would ask my meal choices
in Dutch. "Wil je rundvlees of kep eten"
"Pfft, yeah." And it was through these experiences
that I realised that they were my people, I mean look at me!
"YAH!" So in my last couple of days in Scotland
I learnt some Dutch for my return flight and on that flight I moved to an empty row
and I asked one of the flight attendants "Kan ik hier blijven"
and they were like "Yah."
and I was like "Zoot."
It was such an ego boost. I'm totally moving to Amsterdam.
TWO. My gran has to cutest dog called Nicoles,
he was totally obsessed with me and was always staring at me like.
He was a Maltese Shih Tzu and me wanting to show off my iPhone
and Siri's capabilities, I asked Siri
"Show me pictures of a Shih Tzu." And this happened.
I'm guessing it's like a typhoon of. THREE.
So on one of my walks I found this creepy forest
and I thought wow this would make a great location for a
horror film so I made one on the spot.
You better turn on your lights if they aren't already on because you're gonna
DING *** yourself. HEAVY BREATHING.
Hello? AROOO!
Is there anyone here? AROOO!
GASP! AWOOO!
GRRAGSLFASL. FOUR.
On my first day in London I managed to go to the Tate Modern with gran,
as well as my awesome friends Alex and Rafael from Australia. Shown here.
Anyway in 2011 I went through this phase where I'd do some painting
and there was this particular painting in the back on my mind that
I wasn't too familiar with that influenced this, this and this.
And I'm just busy walkin' around the Tate and guess what I came across.
That there is Composition C (no. III), with Red, Yellow
and Blue by Piet Mondrian. I had to confirm that by Googling
"painting with black lines and red and yellow and blue"
but hey I found it. Also the Google told me that that painter's
Dutch. As I said I am going to Amsterdam.
And another thing, Leticia, you're gonna have to teach me how to art.
That's a challenge by the way. But in all my ignorance,
if you put this in the same gallery as Picasso, I'm gonna' judge you,
HARD. But hey, art is subjective even while at the
Tate there were these screaming ten year olds
on some school excursion and rather than running to the painting
they were running to these metal grills that were surrounding the rooms.
They were more fascinated by the grills than the paintings.
I thought that was interesting. And FIVE.
On my second last day in London, granny took me to ah, the wax place, Madame
Tussaud's. I gotta hang out with Naomi Campbell,
Robin Williams, Hermione,
Breakfast at Tiffany's, One Direction.
However the best photo was with Morgan Freeman. I mean look at this, this is badass.
Until you look a bit closer. Anyway the trip was amazing
it was great seeing my gran and them friends and I just want
all the London nevertheless Melbourne is fridging amazing
so I guess I'm gonna be here for a while. I'll see you
later. Hey, I'm back in focus.
So yeah, like the video if you laughed, share the love and subscribe.
