Hey everyone! Flying Demoman here.
I know I haven't uploaded a lot of videos recently, although I plan to change that in
the following months. School combined with work has made me put this channel on the back
burner for a little while. As always, I appreciate the support you guys have shown and the interest
you've taken in my tutorials. I have something big planned for when we hit 1,000 subscribers.
I'm sure you'll love it.
I know that a lot of you guys come from competitive communities, and, whether or not you like
playing in pubs, TF2 is a casual game at its core. One of the easiest ways to practice
the Cannonknight playstyle is to just hop on a public server and have fun. It's a great
way to practice things like timing double donks and fancy spins.
To wrap things up, I'll impart a bit of Demoknight knowledge to you all. Trimping, or trick jumping,
is a technique under the Quake Engine where you jumped onto an incline and jumped again
to gain a vertical height advantage. Reima, another knight and fellow YouTuber, felt the
charge rampslide mechanic was similar to trimping, so he applied it to the knights of TF2 in
a video he made back in 2011.
That's all for today folks, thanks for watching!
