THE FERRET: Alright, now that we've got the guitar cleaned up, it's ready to restring.
Got a brand new set of strings here and just unwind them and we're going to go through
the back of the guitar. In the bottom of the terminal block you got six holes and you just
stick the string right through there, it comes out the top and pull it through, and I usually
like to go ahead and put all the strings through at one time just to get that part out of the
way. And you can see they all go through the same way. Just make sure you the right string
through the right hole. Get your sixth, fifth, fourth, third, second, and first string and
they all just go in the appropriate places.
The whole process of restringing a guitar shouldn't really take you more than about
ten minutes. If you do it correctly. And once you get efficient at it, its something you
can do without even thinking about really.
