Welcome attackers to the Daily XP. Today on the show, League of Legends is searching for
some vocal talent, Elder Scrolls Online gives out some A's for your Q's, Final Fantasy XIV
sets another beta date and British Blaine backs a kickstarter.
Riot Games have announced that they're currently hiring positions within the eSports community
as they search for the next League of Legends shoutcaster, which is basically a sportscaster,
but more nerdy. You'll need a huge amount of experience with League of Legends itself
and you must be well versed in the eSports community. Can't tell the differences between
an LCS and LPL? Then this position is probably not for you. Aka, this position is not for
me. If you think you've got what it takes you can apply for the positions through the
links provided in the article below.
Zenimax Online has released it's most recent developer Q&A on their official website, and
this time touched on some important PvP features that I'm sure many of us have been curious
about. Most notably, they addressed the possibility of an over population in one of the three
PvP factions, causing unbalance. To this they answered that having three factions actually
helps to resolve this issue, as if one alliance gets too powerful, it gives the other two
alliances the ability to team up. Another answer found the developer promising that
one on one and small scale PvP will be very prevalent in the world... the large scale
battles just seem to be getting all the attention. For full details on the Q&A, you can find
a link in the article below.
Square Enix today revealed the official dates for the upcoming next-generation beta test
for the successful Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn. The PlayStation 4 beta of Final Fantasy
XIV: A Realm Reborn will officially begin on February 22, 2014. It's still quite a ways
off but that gives players plenty of time to work through the grind and prepare a few
classes for end-game on the PlayStation 4; with any luck, it'll be powerful enough to
avoid 30 second loading screens. Hopefully with the initial launch well behind them,
the Playstation 4 launch will see some smooth sailing. Also, quick note, the official iOS
campanion app has been released for realm reborn. Make sure to check that out for a
huge wealth of game information.
And finally, one of our biggest contributors to the MMO Attack world, Blaine Smith, has
made a personal recommendation for a kickstarter campaign. Claiming "Neo's Land" to have one
of the most exciting features list he's seen on a project. The game will allow players
to construct dungeons, homes, shops and other businesses, all without instancing yourself
away from the game world. The possibilities within Neo's Land are restricted only by the
ideas of the community, which is basically an endless pool of awesome potential. For
more information, including videos on the Round Table events, you can visit the official
website. Or to find the kickstarter and maybe pledge some support, follow the article below.
