This year I'm having two round anniversaries:
my thirtieth birthday and ten years in journalism.
So it is just the right time for a new beginning with VJ Movement.
I started my journalism career here,
at Radio Television Vojvodina, the Serbian Public Broadcaster.
I've worked as a reporter, news presenter and writer
of special programs dedicated to EU affairs.
My main field of interest was international politics,
and especially European issues.
In 2007, I left the country for post-graduate studies,
and I started working as a video journalist.
Besides politics, I reported on different European traditions,
cultural events and lifestyles.
About my political orientation:
First of all, I'm a pacifist.
Growing up in the Balkans,
I could see the consequences of war from a very early age.
So I believe that violence and destruction
cannot bring any proper solution.
Also, I consider myself a social liberal.
When you say journalism,
I think passion, challenge, way of living,
providing explanations, revealing what is hidden,
giving a voice to the voiceless.
Simply, serving a common good.
