Feedback, as an essential learning component with any one
of our classroom, has to be done in a particular way.
For example, feedback needs to be timely.
It's best done immediately within the day,
within the week if at all possible.
In writing is the most helpful format for student to be able
to go back and reflect on what has been written.
It needs to be meaningful to the student
to meet a student's particular learning style
and to clarify any point a student might have.
And, the ultimate goal for feedback is to improve learning
so a student will have that meta-cognitive ability
to be able to go through their future life
and to make those corrections
without the teacher's feedback being present.
