Once we've finished chopping the peppers, we're going to take two cloves of garlic and
we want to look for this little end and cut that off of both. Then just a quick chop,
we'll go over it one more time, make sure there are no large pieces, and then we'll
bring it over to our oil. Then we'll add our red peppers as well. While we're waiting for
them to soften up, we're going to come back to our vegetable stock, which is beginning
to boil, and we're going to give this a stir to break up any of these last remaining bits.
