Welcome to our 2014 TSBL Distributing Open House here in sunny Burnsville, MN. We take
our whole entire warehouse and make it into a beautiful showroom. You'll see how the equipment
works, how it fit in your location, so we have everything running.
We really enjoy having customers come to our annual open house and check out the new equipment
that we have. Check out all the concepts and how we can help you increase sales and profitability
in your business. We have soft serve ice cream. We have our flavor burst that mounts on as
an accessory to go with ice cream or shakes. This is the Model Taylor 722. It's a very
high capacity countertop machine. Or in this case we have it setting on a movable cart.
This machine utilizes pumps for vary constant temperature and overrun so you get the same
product look and texture each time. This is the set up we have self-serve frozen
yogurt, which is a really awesome concept that's sweeping the country right now. You
can have 2 or 3, 4, up to 7 machines line up. And your customers will come in take out
what ever kind of product they want and add their own toppings and weigh and pay as they
head out the door. This particular machine is a Razzle. You put
your toppings in your ice cream. You push it up in, mix it up, the spoon comes out and
you got your ready made dessert. Just gives them the opportunity to see the
equipment running verses looking at a spec sheet. You get a little bit of hands on experience
and being able to try the product at the same time. It's just a lot of demoing that goes
on here. And, we offer the best prices of the year at the location.
Over hear we have Broaster display. We are dropping a batch of chicken nuggets into our
Broaster. Shut the lid, close the handle and automatically it starts building pressure.
Four and half minutes from now the product will be done. This work great in c-stores,
restaurants of all kinds, high volume, low volume, we're in many casinos, hotels... Anything
you may need for cooking equipment, come to us and check it out.
This is the Model C820 Taylor Auto Gap Grill. This grill is wonderful in many different
applications. Here I have a 1/4 pound hamburger. I am going to push it down just a little bit,
place it on the grill, close the platten, the upper automatically comes down... The
beauty of this grill is that it cooks from both sides at once. The upper temperature
is roughly 420 degrees and the bottom is 375. It will cook a fresh hamburger in well under
2 minutes. Another amazing feature of this Taylor grill is how many menu items you can
program into it and the ease in which you can scroll between them.
We have people from the Taylor factory we have people from the Broaster factory. We
have a representative from PreGel here making gelato. Plus all of our tech and sales people
to help you through finding the best thing for your company and your restaurant.
Whether you are into gelato, we have the cabinets the batch freezers, we have vertical and horizontal
batch freezers, so no matter what style you are looking for we are going to have the equipment
you need. All right, we are getting ready to make a
batch of pistachio PreGel. There are over 100 different flavors of PreGel that you can
use to make your gelato with. Chef is pouring in the milk. Next we add heavy whipping cream.
Next he is adding the flavor. We start with sugar. Next we are going to add dextrose.
Then we add the PreGel Totalbase. Now we are going to mix the dry ingredients into our
liquid ingredients. It's a multi-step process that has extraordinary results at he end.
Here we have our Model GX2 vertical batch freezer. One of the neatest parts of this
machine is it's portable. It runs on 115 volts. So this machine would be great in a concourse
or a sidewalk sales out in front of your business. Add any kind of topping that you want and
serve it right to your customers. On site today we are also running soft ice.
Which is the newest brand of sorbet. We also have Flavor Burst, which I have talked about
before, mounted on a shake machine. We have direct draw shake machine, counter top slush...It
pretty much sells itself, you don't need a lot of P.O.S. for this because the customers
will see it. There are a lot of new trends. A lot of them
are based out of Minneapolis. The outskirts of Minnesota and especially Wisconsin don't
always get the chance to hear and see what is going on in Minneapolis. They get a really
good chance to get a hands-on feel for new product, new equipment for that year.
We have our frozen carbonated beverage dispenser. We have a 2 barrel and 4 barrel model. We
have freezers that you can use for slush and have alcohol mixed in. With the double head
machine we can run a daiquiri in one side and a margarita. As you can see we have blurred
lines and 190 octane. You can also use grasshoppers. Really any kind of drink that you can think
of that you'd want to serve in your bar. Delicious. We are now the distributor for Electro Menu
which you can see behind me here. It's a server that you hook up to any TV and it will cycle
through your menu. You can put in what ever products and prices you want. We can help
you design a menu if you need, and program it in here. Look at that. It's beautiful.
We've got a lot of options. We can do onsite demos. Our office is open 9am to 4pm everyday.
