cars getting fixed at the moment might get a wind on this we'll see how it goes
so I started watching Breaking Bad last night
I know I'm 4 series behind, but
I haven't been watching television people have been on to me to watch
Breaking Bad I know Stephen Lowry was mentioning it on the MMA hour
the setanta mma hour
What I'd say to stephen is that
where he spent I wwatched the first 3 last night I'm not one for watchin three
episodes in a row of anything, its *** brilliant
so I went to bed at three o'clock this morning
some only way back from the gym a little bit chilly today
so I am going to go back and watch a couple of episodes
there's no fights on tonight and
tomorrow i'm going to rest, I started lifting heavy again
so what Im going to do is
is starting lifting,pushing one day
and pulling anothe day, the other day I did pulls
I did heavy deadlifts kinda straight leg deadlift
chin ups, upright rows with a heavy kettlebell
and kinda plank pull ups
I think on monday i'll start pushing
pressing over my head press
maybe a bench press, squat
so hoping this doesn't sound too bad
like i say Iv'e got yhe 9km ride back to the house
from the gym cars getting fixed
