I am a missionary
My name is Pietro Rossini, I am from Salerno and I am 23 years old
My name is Giegue Tametsop Arnaud, I am from Cameroon and I am 29 years old
I was chatting one day with a young Chinese man
and we began to talk about faith
When they ask me about my vocation, the expression "falling in love" comes quickly to mind
and I asked him: “Are you a Christian?”,
He said no! so I asked him another question:
“Do you know Jesus?”, and he answered: “No, I don't know him!”
I look upon the Christian education I received from my family as a window that God opened in my life,
since them my heart was filled with a burning love that became more intense as I was growing up.
How is it possible that today, with all the means of communication at our disposal,
there are still people in the 21st century who do not know Jesus?
thanks to the missionaries I learned to love the ideal of a life freely given to others
I therefore asked myself: “What can I do to make Jesus known?”
When I was 20 years old I decided: “I want to live what I see in the lives of the missionaries”
I ask you, who are watching this video: Do you believe this is just a coincidence?
perhaps the Lord is trying to tell you something now?
The journey of love always entails some degree of risk
Try to listen to these words with your heart
The mission is not mine; the mission belongs to Jesus
“I called you from your mother's womb,
to take this message to the very ends of the earth.” (Is 49:1,9)
I say to young people today: take the risk, don't be afraid
Ask yourself: "What does God want from me now?”
One who really loves has to take risks
Because the Lord may well be calling you too
