Hey, what’s up guys? This is Mike Phillips from
TechPB.com and you’re watching Social Paintball.
Hello. I’m your host Justin Hafford, here’s your top news.
Dangerous Power G5 was released. Sandy Relief Weekend.
National Guard Paintball War. Dave Bains’ Offseason
[Intro Music]
Dangerous Power recently released their G5 marker.
According to them, it’s a continuation of the series
backed by many years of experience of craftsmanship and development.
It has a hoseless body with redesigned ASA,
which includes a reinforced lever,
high efficiency bolt, a redesigned ABS breech,
heavy duty bracing structure,
and a renovated low pressure operating system.
The retail on these is $329.00.
It’s now available for pre-orders,
which started shipping out this past Monday.
Oh, and there’s already a parody vid posted over at Sticktodrum’s channel.
You need to go check that out. It’s pretty funny.

The Sandy Relief Weekend Paintball Event is an idea
spearheaded by Nicky Cuba and Pete ‘Mr. U” Utschig
which morphed into a nationwide fundraising event backed by twenty fields.
Over $30,000 has been raised, thus far, with more on the way.
The event will be held on December 15th and 16th.
Nicky Cuba of Team Infamous had this to say,
“I have always known the paintball community
to be a tight knit family who would do anything for one another.
They have always had my back and it makes me proud
to be a part of an organization that also has the back
of my East coast family in their time of need.
Sandy devastated so many lives including some of my closest
friends and family so this fundraiser touches very close to home for me.
Seeing paintball come together in support of this cause
has made me prouder than ever to be a part of such a great sport
and caring group of people.”
Here are a list of fields participating.

So make sure you get out on the 15th or 16th and help out.
The National Guard was recently out at Raft River High School
in Idaho to host a paintball war between students and faculty.
How cool is that?
Recruiter, K.C. McDonald, had this to say,
“The point of today is to have fun, and possibly get students
interested about joining the National Guard.”
Grades 7 through 12 geared up and formed teams of seven
to battle it out in our favorite adrenaline rushing sport.
Everyone who has participated had a blast
and let’s hope some continue on in the sport.
Dave Bains of Tampa Bay Damage gave us
an exclusive offseason update.
Our Joel P. sat down with Dave at his family owned
Capital Edge Paintball Park to see what he’s been up to since World Cup.
He opens up to us about a few things that are on his mind.
Still, you know, and if I do retire,
I’m not saying I am, I’m not saying, you know, I’m not.
If I do retire, I’ll continue playing paintball.
My next step is just honestly to get
you know, 20, 30, 50, 100 kids
to their max potential and just help out the next generation.
I think that a lot of the pro players that I
know and are friends with are doing that and they try to give you advice
and they try to help these kids out and I think that’s kind of a cool thing to do
and, you know, that’s something I can easily offer these kids
so that’s kind of where I’m focused on right now.
My pic of the week is ANSgear.
They have been tearing it up with videos of every single product they carry.
They’re setting some sort of record for number of overview vids
posted per day to YouTube.
They’re very high quality and it gives you a look at
exactly what you’re going to be buying. So be sure to check them out.
Hey guys, it’s DJ with ANSgear.com
This is the all new Dangerous Power G5.

Hey, this is Mike from Virtue showing you guys the
new Crown 2 for the Prophecy and Z2 loaders.
What’s really nice with these,
they have on the bottom here, if you can see that, there’s a lip
as well as the two magnets. It’s like the only speed feed
for Prophecy that doesn’t open up when you dive
and then you also get the features of the Crown 2
with the individual fingers
so you can set it up like this, where it’s half long and half short,
with the two fingers or if too much paint is coming out on ya’,
if you want it to stay in a little better, you can add more
of the long ones, so it’s customizable,
and then, like these, you can change out the colors between them
and down the road we’ll have even different
style and material fingers that you’ll be able to upgrade.
So, this is the Crown 2. We have them for the Prophecy and Z2 loaders.
We also have them here for the Rotor
and we’ll also have them soon for the Halo and the V-Max. Thanks.
Machine Vapor.
Reverse magnet eye feed covers.
Solid body feed neck.
Double clamping.
Bolt system is a 3-piece bolt system.
With the can, the bolt, and the pin.
Two majors
and the third in the breech.
An OLED board.
Completely and fully adjustable.
On/Off ASA.
Reg just needs normal maintenance.
It comes with four barrel backs, two triggers,
a case, parts, and allen keys.
Two year warranty, front to back, including the board.
That’s it.
As always, please be sure to submit the news to us
on the page link below and we’ll see you all next Wednesday.
