Hey it's Sandy Freschi and i'm back with a tip to help you lift
your mood at any time
and i guess you're wondering i bet you're wondering why I have the silly grin
on my face and i keep staring into the camera. Well the tip is
smile
Smile at any time and hold that smile as long as you possibly can.
just do it now. If you feel uncomfortable staring back into the camera at my silly
grin and you want to close your eyes go right ahead and do that
but just let a big wide grin spread across your face. Take some deep
breaths like we did in the the last video to help you calm and center
and feel how the smile
adds to your happiness in your mood
and if you hold this grin and you hold the smile long enough
you can you in your heart is tap into
your heart
with this big grin on your face and your body is to actually telling your mind
and your heart that you're happy
and keep holding it you'll begin to feel ecstatic. You'll begin to feel
joy running through your body and your mood will be instantly lift because
you're telling your mind
and your heart how happy you are with a smile on your face
so just hold this
and if you feel like laughing going right ahead because it's a crazy thing
to do
i do this alot
when i find myself in serious situations or
thinking seriously about things I have to get done or just feeling a little
low in general
hold this hold a smile for as long as I can and before i know it I am just on
top of the moon.
So
do this is many times as you possibly can
throughout your day whenever you think about it
and then go out and share it with other people
you can share this video
or you can just share your smile.
