It's Nick here at Ramp Riders in St. Louis. I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. This
clip we're going to discuss how to approach doing manual. What you're going to do really
is always going to go in a moderate pace, speed not too fast, not too slow. Be balanced
whatever foot you prefer have it forward in my case it's left foot so you're rolling along
like this. Always be sure that nothing is in front of you that you can fall off maybe
a big hill or something that you're not going to be going down. Just be balanced and be
ready for it. What you're going to do then is you are going to go ahead and pull up on
your handlebars and try to find your balance point over your back wheel. You are pretty
much going to try to balance straight down to keep your bike like this and you're going
to have your foot on it. Don't crank, you are going to be maybe moving your legs back
and forth pulling up and down keep your bike in gear on one tire.
