SHOW WALKING MAY BE BETTER FOR YOU. THE AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION SAYS THAT WALKING LOWERS
RISKS OF HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE, HIGH CHOLESTEROL, AND DIABETES JUST AS MUCH AS RUNNING DOES.
ADDITIONALLY, WALKING HAS THE LOWEST DROPOUT RATE OF ANY EXERCISE, SO MORE PEOPLE STICK
WITH A ROUTINE. WHICHEVER WORKOUT THOUGH, THE AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION RECOMMENDS
