Washington State passed the bill for marriage equality on Wednesday.
The only fly in the ointment now is a referendum in November, to try and halt its final passage
into law.
Proposition 8 has been ruled unconstitutional by a California Federal Court.
This supports a ruling in 2010, which allows gay marriage in the State.
Following a number of homophobic attacks on the island of Malta, the Justice Minister
has said he may extend local hate crime laws to include sexuality. Despite being an EU
member, the country never changed its laws to protect *** people.
The Evangelical Church of India and the Karnataka High Court, have both employed their first
trans staff in an attempt to remove the stigma of being Hijra.
Most fall into prostitution and begging due to lack of work opportunities.
And finally, the identity of the man who went overboard during an Atlantis cruise has been
