yup we're doing this
~Alright, yeah. Yup we're doing it
*Tik Tak ~sQuiggs. Uh, well Tintin today I guess.
~Side note, didn't watch the movie. Just kind of look like him, but never watched it.
~So, I guess, what did you think of this movie?
*I'm kindda like, when it comes to cartoony movies, it's kind of like
*You know, you're not sure what you really want, 'cause ya know. (lower voice) We're adults
*We don't watch cartoons
*What I liked about his movie is the fact that it wasn't crazy cartoonish.
*but it was still more realistic.
*The photography, the cinematography is all
*It's like half real, half cartoonish.
*It's nice that you can see it as an older person as yourself, and not feel all... ~So you don't feel wierd going to your childhood movie?
*Yeah. Arthur Christmas was different, it was a Christmas movie.
*But I grew up reading the books and I loved the books.
~Yeah I remember watching the cartoon show.
*Watching hte movie is a different story
*I kind of wanted to puch Tintin in the face ~What!? What did "I" do?
*Tintin obviously has some wierd effectuation with his dog Snowy
*He likes to ask Snowy everything
*But then again, Snowy is obviously smarter than a normal dog.
*"What do you think Snowy?" My goodness
*and that's the word of the day "Snowy"
*It was actually very creative in certain parts
*like when one of the characters goes back to his past
*HIs dad, the real battle, the story behind the movie
*And he's picturing what's happened, they're in a desert. Then all the sudden ~I saw that in the trailler
~The desert and it goes to water? *Yeah
*The acting was decent...voice acting. What do you say with voice acting?
*Well his voice was obviously very low at times and it was wonderful
~So what was the story actually like. For those of us who haven't actually watched it, including me.
* The story starts off with Tintin, just wandering, right
*He sees this boat, and he wants to buy this boat, right.
*Once he tries to buy this boat, a whole bunch of people want to buy this boat, right.
*Then he thinks something's up with this boat. So he goes to the library to look at it
*and this boat gets stolen
*before that happens, something comes out of the boat.
*Once he does his research, he reaises that there's more parts to this boat, and that this treasure is hidden.
~Was it a pirate boat? *Pirates, there's pirates in the movie
~Oh, there you go!
*Story wise was good. It goes back generations
*about this family, and there's a twist. But you figure it out before hand
~Foreseeable twist? *Yeah
~So not too confusing for kids? *Oh, No no. It's definately an understandable twist
*as far as for kids ~I think that's the important thing
~So, what do you give this one? * I give it a 3. A solid 3
~so 3/5 Pirates? *3/5 Pirates
~On to our next review, and hopefully next time I'll be able to see it too.
