[background chatter]
>>Male #1: I think the career fair is a really low pressure
way to get to know our company and for us to get to know
students.
>>Male #2: We're not gonna be judging them. We're not gonna
be deciding whether or not they're gonna be a fit for the
position yet. We wanna just talk to people that are
passionate about learning what we do.
>>Male #3: You definitely only have a short window of time
to make that sort of pitch to sell yourself. So you don't
want to be too shy or too, you know, standing in the back.
>>Female #1: Ask a lot of questions to see if it would be
the right position for you.
>>Male #4: So it's gonna be important just to be able to get
the maximum amount of interaction in, in the minimum amount
of time. Think of it like speed dating.
>>Female #2: So I think, just, thinking about not only how
you're dressing, and bringing a resume, but doing a little
bit of background research on the specific agencies that
you're wanting to visit goes a long way.
>>Male #5: We're happy to give you all of the time in
advance. If I spend that time with you and give you the
tools you need so that you can sound really knowledgeable
when you actually come to the interview.
