Double Monkey is an effective way of overcoming obstacles.
This method can be effectively applied to the mid height barriers,
where you can't do usual Monkey vault.
You should appreciate your physical capabilities before you perform this element.
Come to the chosen obstacle and do a small jump with pushing hands a little to raise your body up.
Repeat this movement several times.
Run at middle speed, and do a latching swoop that helps you to raise your body up.
Then put your hands on the obstacle and push off it gently.
You may straight legs to add some dynamics.
Try to land on the surface of the second obstacle softly.
Then bend the legs and push off your arms gently from the surface, continuing to move forward.
In the performance of this element will help you working out a gymnastic dismount.
We recommend you to go into a gym and practice it at soft gym mat.
Then try to execute it at the streets.
