I got my nut mixture out of the refrigerator. I sat it in there to chill a little bit, because
I wanted the liquid mixture that I poured on top to solidify a little bit. It's not
going to completely because there's water in it, but it will a little bit. It's still
cooling, it's kind of warm in my apartment right now. You can see the sesame seeds, everything
is sticking to each other and everything is covered with that honey-water-lemon mixture.
Especially as soon as it's completely cool, you can just throw it in a bag. I'm going
to taste it. There is a couple things stuck together right here that I'm going to try.
Good, I got one of everything. Mmm. I love that. Because we put it in the oven, all of
the flavors really came out in each of the nuts. So I can actually taste each nut individually.
And those raisins are a great thing to throw in there for a different texture. Of course
they're nice and sweet. And that sesame seed, just a hint of that sesame seed is nice. Of
course, all coated with that sweet honey mixture that we poured on top of it. And it's salty
now because we added some of that sea salt.
This is yummy, this is the kind of thing that I would be munching on in my car as I'm driving
down the 101, as I do frequently.
It's turned out just right. I'm going to let it cool just a bit more before I package it
up.
