Hi, this is Rich Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village
I'm gonna show you how to make stuffed shrimp. Alright we're back. I got a rolling boil of
water here. My water is boiling nicely, make sure I got a nice flame under there. What
I'm gonna do is then, I'm gonna take a few bay leaf, put some bay leaf in there to give
it some flavor about five, five leaves gives it a nice touch. I'm gonna put a little bit
of oregano in there as well. Some people put beer, you could put a beer in there. I'm not
gonna do that today, I'm gonna drink the beer. I don't like to, it doesn't need it, I don't
think it needs it. Little seasoning salt and just a little regular salt, little punch of
salt and that's it, that's what I use to season my water for my king crablegs. I had a pound,
this is about I'd say about a pound of king crablegs. I got a nice boil going there. What
you're gonna do is just put your king crablegs in there and you're gonna cook them, these
are pretty (pretty) much cooked already so we're just gonna cook 'em until they heat
up. We're gonna get them in there real nice and that's it. Come back in a few minutes,
these will be done I'll take them out I'll show you how to get the meat out of the shell,
and we'll chop up nice pieces for our (for our) stuffed crab that's gonna, our stuffed
shrimp using the nice fresh crabmeat.
