Have we ever really thought of the importance of the prayers of our souls
and of the thousands and thousands of priests, monks and holy men to God?
Have we ever thought how important is the power of a prayer
or if it can bring us eternity in God's kingdom?
The words we say, or the thoughts of the mind that are covered in a prayer,
are not lost in the air, in the sky
without being heard or felt by someone from the spiritual world.
A man who is alone in nature and tries to talk to God,
could be regarded as a fool.
His words cannot be simply heard in Heavens, for there is no one there.
But God does not need to be on the nearest planet in our galaxy or in another galaxy,
because our thoughts and prayers do not reach a planet or another physical dimension,
but get into a spiritual dimension of existence.
As our own thoughts do not come from the physical world,
don't come out of nature or out of a house,
but come from the heart and mind unseen,
so they reach the invisible God.
We have to think of the huge importance of the prayers
that monks, saints, priests and all the believers
continuously utter on this Earth,
because their prayers are heard by the God of eternity.
If we imagine that God does not exist,
then from the spiritual dimension absolutely no one can hear us.
And therefore, no matter how powerful our words are here on Earth,
no matter how sincere and full of tears our prayers are,
they are not answered as they are not perceived by God.
Let us imagine that we are God,
but we are deaf and blind.
We cannot see the existence of humans on Earth,
we cannot see their lives nor can we hear their prayers.
They are desperately screaming from the Earth below:
"Have mercy on us, O Lord, Our God. Have mercy on our souls."
Think that eternity has eyes to see and ears to hear.
And it has a heart to feel.
Think that eternity is not deaf or blind, but alive.
I lived a few moments a state in which I felt
as if I was in a spiritual dimension to witness the priests' prayers
ascending from Earth to Heaven.
Without God's actual existence
man would be like a creature perfectly isolated in a room
with all the windows and doors closed,
and no matter how hard he cries out for help
the desperate sound of his voice cannot be heard from outside.
There is a total silence out in nature or on the streets.
No one says anything.
Nobody hears anything.
Everyone is silent.
Everyone is dead.
God does not exist, and from the house in which the man prays for forgiveness and salvation of his soul
no sound, no thought and no word comes out, because his prayer is not listened to.
If God does not exist,
nothing of what we say here on Earth,
of what we think and do,
nothing of our seeking,
nothing of our great efforts to find God,
not a single word that we address to the Creator is known.
When we go to church, and we see there so many people praying,
isn't there really a God who could hear and see us?
Do our words and thoughts simply remain inside the church,
and do not go beyond its walls?
Let us be aware that any thought towards God,
every bit of prayer is known by our Creator.
We are here on Earth, but we are not alone,
because in all eternity there is a God waiting for us in His kingdom.
If only we could be worthy of salvation.
May God be gracious to our souls,
may He forgive our mistakes and the stubbornness and wickedness
in which we often close the eyes of our mind and soul,
so that we can no longer see the holy light of God
or feel His love and presence.
Let our souls receive the grace of God
for we are so deeply buried in desires of all kinds.
We are so weak and with such little faith.
A prayer that comes from the heart is the key that opens the gates of Heaven for us.
A prayer is our soul's dialogue with God,
and the more we talk to God the more He will teach us.
He will make us see things clearly.
He will give us more light.
We must believe in the power of our prayers,
for any dialogue with God is a holy dialogue.
A prayer is the source of the eternal light of Heaven.
As long as we are still on Earth,
we still have the chance of redemption,
and we can enter God's ocean of light.
But while still on Earth, unfortunately, the gates of hell are opened as well,
and the endless darkness is asking for our souls.
But when the moment of truth comes,
God will be merciful to us,
if we will have continually prayed on Earth like this:
"God, Our Lord, let us enter into thy blessed light,
God, Our Lord, do not throw us in the bottomless darkness,
God, Our Lord, have mercy on our souls. "
Eternity is not a story but a divine thing,
it is something to be taken very seriously.
When the gates of heaven and hell will be closed,
they will be closed forever and nobody will enter or leave Heaven or hell again.
May God help us to remain in His light,
so that we should not be among those who - God forbid -
will have to descend into the eternal darkness of death,
where evil spirits with hatred are looking forward to meet us.
May God make us worthy to be received in His enligted kingdom.
We must believe in the existence of Heaven and hell,
otherwise salvation is useless.
Humanity's millions of prayers are in vain.
If there is an all powerful light in Heaven waiting for us to reenter it,
then this waiting is not in vain and it's not a joke or a made-up story,
but it is God's desperate desire to save us.
He doesn't want our destruction, but unfortunately this is possible nevertheless.
Believe in God, believe in the endless light of His love,
believe in the mercy of His Spirit,
believe in the eternity of your souls,
believe that one day Heaven will open to some of us
and will close forever to others who will not be received by God.
Let us ask mercy from our good Father, though many of us are so unworthy,
so sinful and weak, and with so little faith.
Come holy light of Heaven,
come holy light of God,
come Holy Trinity my Lord,
and fill our mind and soul with your unending light,
with the light of Your everlastingness. Amen.
