Do female bodybuilders ***?
That really depends on what the body builders are doing.
They are working out and taking supplements.
A woman who works out too much can generate so much stress that she stops menstruating.
The same is true if she’s on such a calorically restricted diet compared to her burn rate
that she stops menstruating.
I wouldn’t think of body building as being that harsh.
Yes, it is. And if a woman is using steroids or testosterone, she could shut off her period.
Testosterone I understand. The desire to build muscle like a guy leads to modern day bearded
lady.
That’s rare, though women on testosterone are more likely to need to pluck extra hairs.
But it often interferes with the reproductive system.
It is why transgendered men need to stop taking testosterone to get pregnant.
If you’ve got the girls’ plumbing, you’re a girl, regardless of the hormones and drugs.
But yes, too much testosterone turns off reproduction.
Including the period.
Endurance activity tends to have a greater effect on weight lifting if you aren’t taking
supplements and starving yourself.
So female body builders may need a *** under that bikini.
Yeah, but it is less likely if their *** look like small melons on a massive chest.
If she looks like that, she has greater problems than a lack of ***.
Women who want to be fit can be, but they have to balance nutrition and stress with
their body’s fertility threshold.
That only matters if she wants to be pregnant.
Or if she wants to grace the cover of Fit Pregnancy magazine.
Or win fit mother contests.
Baby and me workouts are a good start.
But lifting a baby a hundred times isn’t going to lose the body fat or rebuild strength.
