If they don’t get paid, we don’t get paid, so we have an interest in working with them
to get the right result, and it doesn’t initially cost them anything. We really do
try to keep our expenses low. We have experts, filing fees, and other things that are expenses,
but we do try to keep it low. We recognize that for a lot of the clients, support is
very important to them and we don’t want to have too many expenses, or impose upon
them. In most of our cases, expenses related to a case are so minimal compared to the result
that it has no real impact. I think people appreciate that.
