Your 30 days of You Again Yoga includes four yoga practice videos. These videos are about
10 to 12 minutes each and only require you, your yoga mat and a blanket. Other props such
as a yoga block are helpful, depending on your flexibility level. But that's the thing,
you don't have to be flexible to do these poses. You just have to start where you're
at in your body. I chose these poses because they're suitable and modifiable for all levels.
They can help elevate your mood and release what feels stuck. Each week has a new theme
so you can Awaken, Intend, Embrace and Renew your way back to You. I'll see you on the
