Assalaamu Alaikum and welcome to Titli's Busy Kitchen with me Titli Nihaan.
This word. Is it 'schedule' [\ˈske-(ˌ)jül\] or 'schedule' [\ˈshe-(ˌ)dyül\]?
That depends on which side of the Atlantic you live.
But THIS word is 'Bruschetta' [/bruːˈskɛtə/].
For my Bruschetta I got 8 slices of Ciabatta. This is how you make Ciabatta.
A dozen cherry tomatoes, cut in half.
4 sundried tomatoes which I've cut into thin strips.
About 6 or 7 large basil leaves which I've shredded.
4 tablespoons or a quarter of a cup of olive oil.
2 peeled garlic cloves.
The first thing I need to do is toast my Ciabatta on both sides.
Meanwhile put the two lots of tomatoes, the basil and the olive oil.

All into one bowl.
All into one bowl.
Season with a bit of salt and pepper
then give it a good toss!
Once the Ciabattas are nicely toasted,
take a garlic clove, cut it in half

and rub it on both sides of the Ciabatta.
and rub it on both sides of the Ciabatta.
OK. That's that done.
Simply put a couple of the Ciabatta on to a plate and spoon over some of your dressing.
This summer, why not get yourself a taste of the Mediterranean?
Bruschetta is ***, easy, tasty and makes a great antipasti
or even a supper on its own right!
Join me next time in Titli's Busy Kitchen with me Titli Nihaan.
Until next time... Khuda hafiz.
