So I've mixed some colors here to make a really nice golden brown. I used
raw sienna, and I used a yellow and an off white to create this color. And then I have
some extra off white on the side to blend with this.
I'm going to do a nice base coat on the whole
thing.
Now I'm going to use black and paint it around the mouth because pomeranians have a black
mouth and a black nose. Then take some of your white and go over the areas.
Last thing we need is a little white dot for the eyes. You want bright white. Make it the
same on both eyes.
The final step that I like to do for all of my charms is to apply a clear coat. For this
charm I am going to apply a matte finish clear coat to the entire charm and then I'm going
to use a gloss clear coat on the eyes and the nose.
If you'd like to know the kind of clear coasts
that I use, I happen to have these medium products by Liquitex. One is a matte finish
and the other is a gloss finish and this is what I will use. You can use any brand as
long as it is acrylic based because we painted the charm with acrylic paint.
While you're painting your charm, I realize
I didn't show this in the video I forgot, but I just painted a flat color to the back.
You could put more definition with multiple colors if you'd like but this is all I did.
So lets begin with the matte finish.
Now I will use a gloss for the eyes and the nose.
Once your clear coats have dried then your
charm is complete.
