For some reason when I first started my on-campus jobs,
I wasn't very forward thinking.
They became bigger than what I thought they were going to be.
I really enjoyed working with people at the University
that had been around for a while.
At the College of Design, I only worked with one person
that was really a designer.
She taught me a lot about my portfolio
and always giving me references and resources to try
and make my work better.
I would tell anybody that's looking for an on-campus job
to definitely pursue that before getting anything off-campus.
These jobs have made a big impact on my experience
at the University, both with just trying to manage my time
and even just getting around.
I made a ton of friends that I keep in touch with now even
after graduation, I'm going out to lunch and people
and I'm still meeting with people that I worked
with in the office, too.
