We're a partner because we know that our target group,
customer service managers, are here
and Management Events does a great job of screening
and mapping them for us.
So we see this day as perfect,
since it gathers everyone under one roof here at Courtyard
and lets us discuss with them.
For us it's of course a lot about the leads.
So we're looking for new contacts, new good converstations,
but also some information what is going on in the market.
What should we do to develop our services and products
for the prospects and costumers.
For us who have a small dedication to the area,
it's a pretty unique opportunity to see the customer groups
where we want to be active, which are companies
with over 100 agents in the centres.
That allows us to get a good look
at all of these different customers
so we can make initial contact.
We don't have to chase them on the phone
and we to meet them face to face,
which makes it easier to identify
whether it's interesting for the company or for us as the supplier; that way,
we can know if we feel like we can contribute with a good solution.
We've elected to participate for the fourth time in a row in Sweden.
We participated since the beginning in Finland.
It's given us great results
and we see it as a good space for us to be noticed.
Our current challenge is
to establish our place in the Swedish contact market,
which is related to a number of systems and solutions…
so it's very important for us to be here.
Mostly because we customers here seemed to fit our product
and target group.
It was a bit of a gamble to make the investment, but I think it was worth it.
I think of course we want to go old with a lot of good converstations
and also continue the converstations.
I mean, we are making sales also. So that's our main goal.
There's two answers. We're in Farsta building our Vergic brand.
We're on missions for digital customer meetings and staffing the web.
So we're building our brand, but it also generates leads.
You meet customer service chiefs
and everyone should be thinking about how to staff the web.
So it generates leads and builds our brand.
And of course it's inspiring and it gives you knowledge.
The goal is really to make ourselves known.
We often end up in situations
where the company doesn't know about us
or suppliers or system suppliers. And then...
to meet as many companies in as short time as possible.
So that's really our main goal. - Partly to get to meet as many people as possible.
But also to have a basis to work off of and contact people
who were omitted or come to us.
The primary goal is marketing and to get our customers
and potential customers to notice us
and establish ourselves on the Swedish market.
We prepare as good as we can when it comes to being up to date
on trends in customer service. We have world leading software
that we want to convey but we also prepare our sales team
so they know who they'll be meeting with,
which is very important since all of our meetings are with very different people
with their own requirements and desires,
so we make sure to meet them where we think they meet us.
We've researched and set goals
and we've prepared well in a lot of ways, I'd say.
A number of group meetings, supported each other
and read through each other's documentation.
And we've researched our customers, but we're dealing with customers
that we know pretty well, but you want to be specific
and know as much as possible about each customer.
We have internal meetings, where we look at who we are going to meet.
Think what they are... look at the reports... see what they are looking for
and also try to figure out how we could be able to help them.
I'll take with me a lot
from the group discussions at the tables.
You get to hear about the challenges that exist,
which you don't see when you answer a requirement specification
where you just answer in technical terms.
This lets you be a part of the operative problems
or positive aspects that exist.
So it's great experience.
I usually get or listen or hear a lot of good converstation,
a lot of good presentations. So I also get out a lot of ideas.
And those ideas are really exploitable in the future.
We take with us energy, a good push for 2014
and we're looking forward to it.
It will be great to further our talks after the conference.
