Hi. I'm Jeanette White for Expert Village and Piper's Quilts and Comforts located in
Salt Lake City, Utah in Sugar House. And today we're doing a little walk through Piper's.
It's important for you to understand how to choose the best materials when you're starting
either a knitting project or a quilting project. The commodity is time. Your time. That can't
be made up and it can't be replaced. So you want to make sure that you're using the very
best quality fibers for knitting and for quilting that you possibly can. When you're choosing,
look at the fabric carefully. Feel it. If it feels good to you and you don't smell anything
like formaldehyde from poor dyes then you know you've probably got a pretty good fabric.
Ask a lot of questions. Who's the manufacturer? Is it an import? We here at Piper's specialize
in getting the very most beautiful fabrics and yarns that we can possibly find. They're
well worth taking a look at. And as I said, the commodity is not so much anything else
but your time. So you want to make sure you're working on the very best materials you can
get. For Jeanette White at Piper's Quilts and Comforts we'd like to see you soon. Bye.
