fences larger from Peter Glenn.com and i'm at one of our Peter Glenn stores checking out
the new skis. And these are the Head Mya for wome for
2012
these skis are going to be a lot of fun if you are starting to get pretty good
you need something that has a little bit more strength than a begginer's skis
The May have what's called Intelligence uh... and what they had done is they've
laid intel fibers into the ski in front of the bindings.
So what happens is when you've got into a turn and you put all that pressure on
the ski
intel fibers actually stiffen the torsional stiffness in the ski
so the ski hold its edge really well and and its stable and it gives you a good solid turn.
But when u come out of the turn and you're not doing so much pressure on the
ski
it allows the ski to be forgiving so you can power through the crowd you know and
initiate turns pretty easily.
Mya also have Head Flowride technology which you can see at the top
and that is an area of the ski where the core is actually carved out to be a
little bit thinner
and combines with and early rise in the tip it allows the tip to come up out
of the snow
so when you venturing the deeper snow so you don't sink
These are
73 underfoot so this is a ski for carving up the groomers.
And the binding on these is integrated using the pro-rail system
so you get a good integraded binding that gives you leverage over the ski to
make it out that much easier to turn. All in all this is a ski that is going to help you improve
and also it's gonna be a lot of fun to get there.
Thanks for watching in check out PeterGlenn.com for more great gear advice.
