Raw recipes with Kukuriak. Blog of a group of experimenters.
Hello everyone! You better not wave.
Okay... But where from the beginning?
Okay, so... let's get started. Hello everyone, I am Stefani and today I am
going to show you how to make a raw cookies with almonds and frosting. Let's get started. For this we are
going to need: -1 cup raw almonds- half cup raw cashew -1 big cup pitted dates- some
water- around 5 tablespoons coconut oil - 3 tablespoons raw cacao powder -1 heaping tablespoon
maca powder - 1 pinch of salt for balancing the tastes -vanilla extract and 2 teaspoons
cinnamon. First we should blend the nuts. Now we pour
them into a bowl. We take the dates and the water. We add a little water to mix them better.
And we pour them into the bowl with the nuts. Now we mix them well. It should be a thick
dough. If it's too sticky you can add more nuts and if it's too dry you can add more
dates and water. We are going to add the other products. Cacao. We add maca. Two tablespoons
melted coconut oil. A pinch of salt. Half teaspoon vanilla and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
And now we mix them. Our dough it's good, it doesn't sticks to the bowl , this is because
of the coconut oil. Now we are ready to form the daugh into balls and to put them in a
tray. We take like this and we make it like a ball. We put them on a baking sheet in a
tray. Then we will reshape them into a better form with a spoon.
Generally, this amount is about 12 cookies, but it depends on how big you want them to
Here we are ready with our balls and now we only have to press them with a spoon.
We go on. Like this is easier. Now we are ready to put them into the oven,
but we are not going to bake them, but we are going to dry them, because we want to
be raw. We put them at the lowest temperature, in this case on 50 degrees. This will take
about 3 or 4 hours. Our cookies are already dried. Let me say it again :D
Our cookies are already dried and now it's
time to prepare the frosting. Here I have agave, cacao -- around 1 tablespoon or 2.
Coconut oil -- 2 tablespoons. After this tahini- 1 tablespoon. And again 1 spoon cinnamon.
We mix it well. We frost them amply. And like this all of them, one by one.
They are ready and now we are going to decorate them. With what? As they are almond cookies,
we are going to use almonds for decoration of course. And they are ready!
Yes, let me just tell something. :D This are our cookies, share them with other
people and enjoy them together. Mmm they are so tasty... You want some?
