I'm Lucrecia López Sanz, guitarist and singer in The Beladies, the first women Beatle band
My name is Catalina Saraceno, I'm rhythm guitar and vocals from The Beladies.
Hi, I'm Ivana Lapolla, I play drums.
My name is Patricia Flores, bassist from The Beladies.
Tonight we're gonna do a show, which covers all time of the beatles. From Beatlemania,
until his last album, Abbey Road.
How I joined The Beladies? Well, I saw a
poster in the Avellaneda's conservatory, that is where I studied guitar. They made me an
audition and I joined the band. Beyond that, it was a huge happiness to me play Beatle's
music, because I always was a fan.
I saw a poster which says that they need a bassist
and the idea interested me so much, because it was about a women Beatle band.
So I met Lucre, they made me an audition, we were rehearsing, and finally I joined the band
I received an email from Lucrecia asking me if I would like to play in the band.
I saw the band before and I liked it, so I said "yes"
This was a good year, we played several shows; here in Buenos Aires and the rest of the country
These were years of great activity from the begining of the band, although there
were some changes in the band, now its sound is more powerful, more rocker. So it's good
to may see an alternative in Beatle bands. - For the next year, we already have shows in
January and February, here in the cavern and outside Buenos Aires
