[Background music] I don't think the school districts really know too much
about child care and how that works or who we are or what we do
and the quality that exists there.
So it really brought us together as a group and kind of lifted everybody up.
- It’s really bridging the community programs and the district.
And it’s been a divide that we had for a really long time.
And having the respect of the teachers, of the four-year-old teachers
and the five-year-old teachers, and having that communication
and conversation and knowing that we’re all really going for one goal,
and that’s for the success of every child.
