Today I wanted to show you how to create big props and armor in such a way that you can transport it in a suitcase or a car.
If you want to travel a little more far way then you will need a hardcase suitcase which protects your costume.
Sadly the staff at the airport won't threat the costumes in your suitcase very careful, so don't save money in that point.
Such a suitcase is pretty big. Although so is your costume.
So it makes sense to measure at first how much space you have.
When you know how much space you have it's time to choose or to build a costume especially for this space.
For example, you can build a breastplace in it's orginal big, bulky and massive shape,
or you really reduce it to the bare necessary and visibile parts.
In addition you can build big, massive pieces in such a way that you can seperate them.
You can build many parts in such a space saving way that you can stack them easily later.
And even such a huge weapon like this here can fit into a suitcase.
With a threat mount on every end of a middle part of your weapon you are able to seperate and connect them pretty easy and fast.
And as you see, with this solution even the biggest staff fits into a suitcase.
With enough planning and a loooot of bubble foil nothing should happen to your costume.
And... ehm... thanks for... watching.
