Hi guys! We're here learning how to do some fun improv games for your improv team. The
next game that Dan B. and I are going to show you how to play is called Foreign Instructional
Video. To play Foreign Instructional Video, you're going to need 2 improvisers. One of
whom is going to be on the stage improvising a instructional video in jibberish with a
lot of physicality while the other actor is going to be off stage speaking in English,
acting as a translator for the video. Dan, you want to be the translator? Dan's going
to be my translator and I'm going to be somebody, a foreigner, speaking in some sort of jibberish
walking you through the instructional video of some sort of product that Dan will narrate.
Here we go. (talking in jibberish) Hi, I'm Terrance and today I'll be showing the proper
way to open up a can. (talking in jibberish) You don't want to use scissors. (talking in
jibberish) Or a large blade. (talking in jibberish) What you're going to want to use is a regular
or ordinary run of the mill can opener. (talking jibberish) First, you must press down and
open the can with the clamps and then twisting the ***, cutting the entire perimeter of
the circumference can opening lid and open up the can by doing such. (talking jibberish)
Be careful not to cut your fingers and very gingerly open the can. (talking jibberish)
Soup is good. That's how you play Foreign Instructional Video. Dan, thank you for your
amazing voice. (talking jibberish) You're welcome.
