When you're sure that you're ready to begin
the Merkaba meditation,
sit down,
hold your back straight.
Make sure that the place is silent
and that you feel comfortable.
Focus on breathing.
Breathe calmly.
Here and now.
Direct your awareness to your heart.
Feel how your consciousness is moving from your head
to your throat
and further down
to the Heart Chakra.
Feel your physical heart.
Think with gratitude that you have access to great, ancient knowledge.
Feel grateful that you live on the planet Earth in such an exquisite moment,
and send your gratitude down,
through your body
to the heart of Mother Earth.
Send her as much love as you can,
as much gratitude as you can,
and feel how the concentrated stream of your prana
is reaching the centre of the Earth,
how it is dancing with the swirling force of energy.
Then wait
until it comes back to your heart.
Feel how the returning gratitude gives your heart power
and strength.
Keep breathing freely.
Now, send the stream of gratitude up
towards Father Sun and the whole great Cosmos.
Feel grateful that you can live in this universe,
which is beautiful and exceptional,
and that it is your home.
Now, you can feel the energy of Father Sun coming back to you
through the top of your head.
It is flowing down
towards your heart,
and then it is joined with the energy of Mother Earth.
And you, being their child, can feel in the centre of your heart
how they are performing the everlasting dance.
Exhaling, imagine how the tetrahedron of Sun is filling in with air and with the prana in the colour of lightning.
While you're exhaling,
the lower tetrahedron, the tetrahedron of Earth
is filling in with the prana in the colour of lightning.
You should always begin your Merkaba meditation in such a way.
Now you're connected to the field of sacred geometry,
with your awareness still residing in your heart,
take your first breath.
