Good evening,
I will show you in this tutorial how tu use the taskcreator correctly.
With the taskcreator you can create tasks for the PB Darkorbit bot.
For this we press the button 'new actionlist'.
An actionslist is a list of actions.
An action is the bot behaviour for a specified map. We also call it profile.
For creating such a profile, we press 'add a new map'.
Now we can set our task.
In this task I will let the bot fly over the x-8.
For this we want to collect boxes cloaked using the pet.
I want to repair if hitpoints are lower than 85%.
I keep the first configuration.
I set the pet to autolooter mode and I want to switch configuration if my shield goes down.
I do not want to use safe botting option.
If you want to know the effects on the bot from the safe botting option...
...you just have to click on the button 'Get info about safe botting'.
A HTML document on my server will open. There is an explanation for this.
Let´s go on...
In tab 'NPC Settings' we can set the bot´s behaviour for npc.
I will explain this later in another profile.
In the 'Collecting' tab we can choose what we want to collect.
If you just want to have one profile in your task, so if you only want to bot on one map, you can keep the time of 1 minute.
As soon the time is over it will restart.
If we want to have more than 1 profile in a task, the bot would change the profile after one minute.
So I enter 30 minutes now.
We press 'Confirm settings' to save the profile into our actionlist.
We create another profile where we will shoot npc on X-7.
So we uncheck the cloak option and repair on 30%.
I will continue using configuration 1 and keep the pet in auto looter mode.
Then let´s go to the npc settings...
On the left side we can select the npc we want to hunt. I select kristallin, kristallon and boss kristallin.
On the upper right side we can select the ammo we want to use.
I keep the X1 and use PLT-2026.
Here we can choose the rocket launcher. I keep the eco.
Min and max fight distance describes the distance to the npc while circleing them.
150 and 600 are the default values of the bot.
So nothing changes if we keep this.
If we enter more than 750 we risk a ban!
I set it to 700 because 600 is to near I think.
I keep the collecting settings and just want to shoot them for 20 minutes.
To create a task out of this including those both profiles...
...we press 'transform into task'.
A window will open where we can choose the place to save the task.
*.cs is a file type for C# files. The tasks are in C# so we have a *.cs file in the end.
We press 'Save'.
I will open this task in notepadd++...
...so you can see that this settings has been saved.
The green text are comments which will be ignored.
First we see our profile for the X-8...
...for 30 minutes.
And this is what we want the bot to do.
After this we see the profile for the next map...
...including the npc we want to hunt.
So, what to do if we want to create further tasks where special profiles are same?
On the one hand we can always delete the not needed profiles in pressing 'delete selected'...
...and add a new one, eg for X-6...
...where we will have similie settings.
Then you can save it again and have the new task.
This was just a message that testtask.cs was changed by another software.
And we see that we have our new profile on X-6.
On the other hand we can save the profile we want to use several times...
...into an extra file.
For this we select our profile and press 'save single action'.
Then we save it as *.act.
This is a type which can only be read by this taskcreator.
If we want to make a new actionlist now...
It is enough to generate a new actionlist and press 'open action'...
...and choose our *.act file.
As soon as we press 'open' we will see our saved profile in the actionlist.
And it will be shown in the task if we save it.
Now let´s come to galaxy gates.
For a galaxy gate profile we also click on 'add new map'...
...and in 'general settings' tab, we press 'Galxy Gate'.
On the top we can choose the galaxy gate.
For alpha, beta and gamma we can select the ammo we want to use...
the rockets and the configuration...
...for each single wave from the galaxy gate.
We can select when we want to leave the gate, too.
The upper settings are available for all gates.
They are also for delta, epsilon and zeta.
Eg the non-changeable 'Stop when only 1 life left'...
...which makes the bot leaving the gate if you have only 1 life. It is for your safety.
Then we have pet settings, like rebuying fuel or repair pet.
As same as Usepet and the menu for its gear.
And a setting to switch configuration when shield is low.
Then we have drone formations and ammo, too.
The two missing rocket launcher types will be added later on in an update.
We press confirm and see our delta gate in action list.
Then we can save it again.
And we have our gate in task.
It is normal that there is written '1 minute'.
We could also readd our saved profile.
I make the gate new because I deleted it :P
Then we save it again...
And now we have a task checking if we have an active delta gate each 30 minutes.
If we have one, the bot will do it.
But it is still bit buggy: the bot flys to X-1 if we do not have an gate, too.
This were the new functions and the tutorial of the taskcreator.
