So if you're running a business and you wanna create growth
or even a new company you've heard the mantra where it's all about the 4 or 5 p’s
people performance product process and pricing
well I'm gonna shake it up a little bit and suggest that it's just all about 1
p and that’s people
every business is really just a box full of people
whether it's your employees your clients your vendors
the community around your business it's all people the performance
that’s people your product is even a function of people
the process in your company is people even your pricing
is about people it’s about your connection with the client so
focus on really what is happening in your company
consider this when you started your company
how many people did you start with maybe it was just yourself maybe you and one
other person
and what was the revenue like then the only difference between your company
at that point in time and your company today is more people
it's more customers it's more employees maybe it’s more vendors
the only thing that helps you grow is people so focus on that first
make the people part of the solution engage them
and include them in that growth don't
make them a tool to growth have them
use tools for them to help grow your business
