Our goal is to have our traders trade.
That is the most important piece of Advantage Futures. We want to want to make sure we
cater to that client and give them the exact customized solution that they require.
Every client has a different need, you cannot
just give them out of the box solution.
You can come here and everybody is focused on getting the client what he needs.
We have worked very hard here to provide an environment where we try to
level the playing field. We provide clearing services like most FCMs
we also provide the technology support that a lot of FCMs do not.
I think what we do a little bit differently at Advantage is
that focus on the trader. Really we try to be a partner with the client, it is to
both our benefit if he is successful, obviously.
Your brokerage firm should do everything it can to help your trading.
Certainly our firm has made massive investments in technology, if we think we can save
1 millisecond for our clients by spending $50,000, we spend
the $50,000.
We want our clients to know that they can trust us to do everything we can to help
their trading so they can be the best possible trader.
We are in the brokerage business, we are 100% committed to that business and it's the life blood
of the organization.
We take a very unique attitude in that we want to build long-term relationships
with our clients. We believe in the financial services industry
needs counter parties of integrity.
We need to earn the trust of our clients every day, we need a operate in a manner
that our clients know their money is always safe and secure and protected.
The idea of corporate responsibility really just comes down to our focus on the
clients. We exist because of our clients and we exist to serve our clients
that is our philosophy as a firm.
