so many programs out there and you can't use every program like you can't really
go through every program I guess you could
but that would take a long time so you wanna know what's the best
what is the best vertical jump program so you can get started right now
and start increasing your vertical jump well
in my opinion they're all great
they're all good because they all the creators of those programs
they all went out and did research figured out how you can increase your
vertical jump
so all the programs would give you information that can help increase your
vertical jump so you can't really go wrong with any program
