Hi, today I'm On The Beat for you
at the idrawalot Gallery in pretty Neukölln.
We'll take a look at their cool
sticker art exhibition and their stickers.
This is Lukas who organised this.
How long did it take to stick all these on?
This wall a day and a half,
the rest is the remnants from past exhibitions.
This is our third year, so we recycled
and touched up stuff from the previous years.
Stickers are a good medium to be active
on the street without a lot of effort
and you don't have to fear legal consequences.
Funny, you left all the rubbish here.
Yes. It looks cool. There are also some stickers
which we accidentally dropped.
You can buy packs of stickers.
One in five packs contains a ticket
which can win parts of this here
or some screen prints.
A rubbish bin? You can win a bin, too?
Anyone who always wanted to win a bin
should definitely come here.
Who gives a crap about Chanel?
There is also *** Riot on a dinosaur.
Impressive is that art doesn't have
to be expensive. You can support artists
with as little as three Euros.
Contrary to popular opinion, artists need to eat.
Love and air are not enough.
With me is Theo who is a well-known artist.
Go on, say something. What is it?
Street art is when you do art on the street.
That's street art.
I think it has something to do with the Egyptians
who used to paint stuff on the walls
and with dogs who mark their territory.
You were there, you lived,
and you know where other people...
If you're in the know, you'll see on the toilet
that someone was at that club before.
That they have good taste.
For everyone who plays League of Legends,
this is definitely very pretty.
Oh, what's this?
Super limited and free.
The big surprise bag, from me for you.
eNtR berlin, I celebrate you.
I'm with Josh now who paints cartoons.
It was a very inspiring evening.
I met a lot of cool artists
who all do free art on the street.
What do you think of stickers? Is it art or crap?

See you.
Neighbourly communication is a big thing
in Berlin. Neighbours communicate
their opinions and complaints
in halls, back yards and staircases.
