This is Rich Buccola here in NYC and today on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show
you how to make an inexpensive meal that my uncle use to call rigatoni aliyou. Now I got
my olive oil my Zitty my broccoli, my onions, my prosciutto all together I'm going to add
my mushrooms and my onion mixture right to this. This is on low flame now folks keep
this on a very low flame cause this is still going to cook but actually take off the hood
or the cover. Look how beautiful this is with all that colors and just the smell everyone
in the house is going to walk into and say whoa, what are we eating, when are we eating.
This is good stuff folks mix it all together all we have to do is add now the sausage which
we will cut up into nice pieces and were going to add some parmesan cheese. Some salt and
pepper and that's it we have dinner I'll serve it for you I'll show you how to store it and
I'll tell you how much it basically cost.
