After the end of last season I think we've all been really anxious to see how the season
would start off. It was really nice of them to give us a preview of all that took place
last season because the Lord knows after such a long break I've forgotten more than a couple
things that took place.
I know there are a lot of people out there who don't agree with Olitz but let me tell
you, I am the biggest Olitz shipper, which is weird because it goes against certain beliefs
I have but again, the writers are good at their jobs.
Now last season I was left with a couple questions but one that really stuck out is would Olivia's
own father really order one of his agents to kill her? He would have had to but why
would he agree to his own daughter being killed? Is he really that detached from her?
First couple minutes into the episode and I was like, jeeze, Olivia's father is mucho
scary but at least we know he does actually care about her and he wasn't planning to kill
her what I don't understand is why he would get his agent to sleep with his daughter that
is some high levels of cray.
When Cyrus decided to start putting together a kill folder for Olivia I have decided to
hold on to the hope that he's just compiling it to later combat any of that information
coming out but knowing Cyrus and his love for his career and power it's highly possible
that he is keeping that as a just in case to bury Olivia to save his own skin.
So the whole meet up between Fitz, Olivia and Mellie was pretty intense, I don't blame
Mellie for wanting to dictate how the story goes because just like Fitz and Olivia her
reputation will take a beating too, but I just hope that this all doesn't blow up in
their faces. I wonder if Olivia smelled the rat why she didn't invite Cyrus to the meeting?
I swear I must be a hopeless romantic because after everything I still manage to ship Olitz.
I think that even if full fledged Olitz doesn't happen he just shouldn't be with Mellie.
Also apparently Huck is having more and
more of a somewhat negative effect on quinn wouldn't you say? I mean killing an intern?
the worst one? really?
The episode ended splendidly revealing the culprit who released Olivia's name and isn't
it poetic that it was Fitz, the only thing is it was a very selfish move because aside
from making Mellie look bad he also could have potentially ruined Olivia's career who
he supposedly loves so much. Olitz is such a toxic relationship but I love to love it,
or maybe I hate that I love it? IDK But I guess since he claimed he leaked her name
to get it out of Mellie's arsenal of weapons I guess it doesn't seem as selfish, man this
season is going to be legendary! Jus tun all di way up! and what is going to make it tun
up is whatever information was in the file Liv's dad showed Cyrus.
Now you have to wonder what motives does Liv's dad have for showing Cyrus whatever is in
that file, why is he so intent on controlling what occurs with Fitz? Most likely to keep
Liv away from him. Who knows, but I'll enjoy finding out. The weeks to come will sure be
intense, this episode was proof out it.
