Vaughan Foods is moving to the bulletin boards. Vaughan is making the move after receiving
notice from the NASDAQ Listing Qualifications Department last September that its common
stock has failed to maintain a minimum bid price of $1.00 per share over a period of
30 consecutive trading days. The company does not intend to appeal NASDAQ's
expected action to delist the Company's stock since it believes its efforts are better directed
towards improving the Company's performance.
Blue Sphere has announced two landfill contracts in the Ukraine.
The projects involve the construction and operation of a flaring system and the preparation
of a feasibility study on whether power generation facilities may be commercially feasible.
The system is intended to capture and convert methane gas into a usable energy source.

Smartlinx has crossed a major milestone in their tutor recruitment campaign across South
India. 1,500 teachers have enrolled in the program
