What will you be cooking? Veldt Grape (Nalleru) Roti
Ingredients required to make Veldt Grape (Nalleru) Roti
Veldt Grape Stems, Rice Flour, Salt, Curry Leaves, Coriander, Green Chilli, Carrot, Oil, Cumin, Butter, Onion Paste
Take a small pot and boil some water
Take 2 cups of rice flour, add some onions paste to it
Add some coriander leaves
Chop the veldt grape stems and grind them to make a paste
Add a spoon of butter and salt as required
A little cumin and some green chilli paste
Add water to this mixture and mix well
After adding the water, let it stand for about 10-15 minutes
Take a non-stick cooking paper and start kneading the dough on it
Roll small balls and flatten them out to make rotis
Take a pan and grease it with a little oil
Now place the flat dough on the pan and cover it with a lid
It tastes best with ginger pickle
Garnish with some grated carrot
